All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer two convenient shipping options to customers worldwide (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
    • Includes tracking and insurance
  • Free Shipping – via EMS (for orders over $50)
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
    • Basic tracking available

Note: International customers may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your YourTurn Menswear purchase. If you’re not happy with your item, we offer a straightforward returns process.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
  • Original proof of purchase must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality control reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Underwear & Socks (unless defective or incorrect)
  • Clearance items marked as “Final Sale”
  • Items without original tags or showing signs of wear

Return & Exchange Process

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.

Step 3: Package & Ship

Securely package your items including all original packaging and tags. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.

Important: We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement

Exchanges

For size or product exchanges:

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
  • If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference

Damaged or Defective Items

International Returns

For our international customers:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
