At YourTurn Menswear, we take pride in delivering premium quality menswear with the same attention to detail we apply to our customer service. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Original proof of purchase must be provided
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on Underwear & Socks unless the items are defective or incorrect.
Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Submit Your Request
Email our customer service team at [email protected] with the following information:
Step 2: Receive Authorization
Within 1-2 business days, our team will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions.
Step 3: Package & Ship
Securely package your items including all original packaging and tags. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship to:

We recommend using a trackable shipping service as you are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5 business days
- Your refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take 3-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement
Exchanges
For size or product exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you’ll need to pay the difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we’ll refund the difference
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear & Socks (unless defective)
- Clearance items marked as “Final Sale”
- Items without original tags or showing signs of wear
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
International Returns
For international customers (excluding certain Asian and remote regions):
- You are responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- We cannot refund original shipping charges for international orders
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion fluctuations
